For all new clients, and on an ongoing basis for current clients, Bizresearch will review and analyze basic, intermediate and advanced metrics or key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid search campaigns, and perform web analytics using the leading software programs available.

Bizresearch will develop your KPIs, based on your business goals, and set up your goal and conversion tracking program, using your ad console and/or Google Analytics.  It requires applying some javascript code to either the <head> tags or near the closing </body> tag on each page you wish to have tracked.  Once the code is applied, it takes approximately 24 hours to begin tracking data.

In addition to handling KPI analysis for ad campaigns, we utilize a combination of web analytics tools ranging from free to low cost (Google Analytics and Clicktracks), to the standard WebTrends and NetTracker, to the more expensive Omniture, Unica's NetInsight, and Coremetrics.   

Web analytics enables you to review visitor information including geographic information, IP address, network location, time and date of visit, and in some cases depending on the tool you use, detailed user session analysis.  We can also analyze keyword performance using these tools, along with funnel path analysis to determine where you are getting your best return and where you might be losing the most customers or potential clients.
